Our roots

We use beech slats (made in Spain) to manufacture our two-sided slatted base. These slats consist of seven thin layers to ensure sufficient flexibility and pressure resistance.

The slats are attached in firm cotton sleeves (made in Slovakia), into which we insert foam blocks.

We place blocks made of certified PUR foam between two rows of slats. We offer various types of firmness and, based on our many years of experience, we strive to achieve the optimal composition of blocks for each customer.

Each Sleep System is assembled by our workers directly in our company workshop, with the most important part of the entire system being the two-sided slatted bed base. We select materials for each base ourselves to best suit the customer's physique.

We place a thin insulating mattress on the bed base. In this case, the customer chooses the material, selecting between a cold foam mattress (manufactured in Germany) and a latex core (made in Belgium).

Finally, the Sleep System is covered with a removable cover. Customers can choose from several options, with each variant differing in design and composition. The height of the cover is also determined by customer preference. The removable cover can be made for the entire system (see image) or just for the thin mattress.
